Information we collect
We process only the information you choose to provide: your service request, selected service, Istanbul district, preferred date and time, property details, urgency, contact details and additional notes. Form or conversation data is not stored permanently in your browser unless it is needed for an essential function.
How we use it
We use this information to understand your request, prepare the appropriate coordination process, contact you and, after your action or approval, pass the request to the relevant coordination team. For care requests, we do not ask for diagnoses or detailed health data that is unnecessary for planning.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your information. It may be shared with the coordination team or a relevant service partner only where necessary to assess or fulfil your request and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security expectations. If you choose to send via WhatsApp, WhatsApp/Meta's own privacy terms also apply. Data is not kept longer than needed for its purpose.
