Limited contact, request, preference and coordination information may be processed to receive and assess your request, plan the service process, communicate with you, maintain security and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Legal basis and recipients

Processing relies, where applicable, on taking steps at your request before a contract, forming or performing a contract, legal obligations and proportionate legitimate interests under the KVKK. Separate consent is requested where explicit consent is legally required. Data may be transferred only when necessary to the authorised coordination team, relevant service partner, technical provider or legally authorised public body.

Your rights

You may contact us by email to exercise the rights provided by Article 11 of the KVKK, including access, correction, deletion or destruction and information about recipients. Identity verification may be required to handle a request securely.

If no legal trade name or entity information is published on this site, this notice does not by itself replace identification of the data controller. At the confirmed service or contract stage, the relevant legal operator and data controller details must be provided separately.
